How do I place an order?

The B2B-portal is easy to navigate around, making it possible to add products to your cart in many different ways.

Below you find a Step-by-Step description you can follow: 

  1. Select a Category and a product that you are interested in. You can search for a product by article number, or use the categorys by product type or collections. When you have found the product you are looking for - Choose the quantity you wish to order and click on “Add”.
    The product is automatically placed in your cart.
  2. In the cart you can see the amount you have ordered for. If you want to see your products, remove a product or change the quantity,
    click on “To checkout”.
  3. At the checkout, you see an overview of your order. It is important to state the correct delivery address (if other than is registered to your account),
    you also have to add a reference (your ordernumber for the specific order). It is important for all orders to Denmark, Norway and Finland that you state a attention and phonenumber for the delivery company. 
  4. You then check your order so all is correct. You accept our terms and continue by clicking on “Place order”.
  5. Your order is sent to us and you will receive a confirmation by email.
    Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours.
  6. If your products are all in stock the order will be delivered within 1-3 business days (it is our ambition to deliver products in stock within 24 hours after your order has been placed).
