The following conditions apply between You as a customer and RITUALS B2B Partner, Exakta Brandhouse AB – 559216-9576.
Brand owner; Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise, P.O. Box 15500, 1001 NA Amsterdam, the Netherlands



The current and valid product price, excluding VAT, applicable to each product is always specified at www.rituals.se.
Exakta Brandhouse AB reserves the right to amend prices and VAT rates which may be adjusted from time to time to reflect purchase prices, currency fluctuations and changes to taxes.


The terms of payment are 30 days net, or else stated in your Corporate Partnership Agreement.
Under the Swedish Interest Act, a statutory reminder fee and interest on overdue payment (currently 9,5%) will be charged from the due date.

Exakta Brandhouse AB reserves the right to require payment in advance if the customer cannot be accepted for credit assurance of Exakta Brandhouse AB's provider of credit ratings.


Once Exakta Brandhouse AB has received and confirmed an order, the product will be delivered within five (5) business days, provided it is in stock.
Delivery takes place when the goods are dispatched from Exakta Brandhouse AB's warehouse.
We will notify you immediately if a product is temporarily out of stock.


Delivery should be on an “Ex Works (EXW) Malmö” basis. Delivery terms shall be interpreted according to the INCOTERMS valid at the time of entering the contract. Shipping costs are invoiced for each order. 


The Purchaser is responsible for paying any custom duties, local taxes, tariffs and other charges that may incurred.


Refund or replacement
No sale or return to vendor except in case of defects or breakage during shipping (notification upon receipt of shipment).

Defective products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will try our best to replace all faulty or defective items.
Used products cannot be returned (with the exception of products with manufacturing or material defects).
If you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer service via email at rituals@exakta.se and state the reason why you wish to reclaim the product. We will send you further instructions.

If, upon receiving your order, you discover that the shipment is damaged, this must be reported to and photographed by the driver, before you acknowledge the shipment. In order for us to be able to process and handle your complaint, you must also take a picture of both the outer carton AND the inner protective material. We also need pictures of the damaged products. We can then handle your complaint. All complaints must be received by us via email at rituals@exakta.se

With reference to Rituals environment and sustainability work, we try our best to avoid returns of defective products and extra shipping costs that in line affect the environment. Therefore our first option is always to credit the product, or send a new product
free of charge on your next order, if other solutions aren't agreed upon.
